Knight Global Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Knight Global Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal/contact information.
  • Have a valid PayPal or bank account for payments.
  • Promote Knight Global products through ethical and legal methods.

Knight Global reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard commission rate: 10% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  • Commissions are generated only when a referral results in a completed, non-refunded order.
  • Affiliates do not earn commission on their own orders.

3. Cookies & Tracking

  • Referral tracking lasts 30 days from the first click by a visitor.
  • If multiple affiliates refer the same visitor, the last affiliate receives credit.
  • Only orders tracked through the referral link will generate commissions.

4. Payouts

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is £20 (unless otherwise stated).
  • Payments are issued monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Commissions from refunded or cancelled orders will be deducted.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

  • Use spam, fake accounts, or misleading claims.
  • Run paid ads targeting “Knight Global”—including our brand keywords.
  • Pretend to be Knight Global or use our trademarks in unauthorized ways.
  • Offer cashback, incentives, or discounts without approval.
  • Upload coupon codes to coupon sites.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension and loss of unpaid commissions.

6. Content Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Knight Global using:

  • Social media
  • Blogs
  • YouTube
  • Email newsletters
  • Personal websites

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or exaggerated claims
  • Use copyrighted or AI-generated product images implying they are official
  • Misrepresent the product’s performance, durability, or brand

7. Termination

Knight Global may terminate an affiliate account at any time for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of brand assets
  • Violation of these terms
  • Inactivity for more than 6 months

Unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud or rule violations.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
