Quick Policy
- Window: 28 days from delivery.
- Condition: Unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Refund: To original payment method once the return is received & checked (usually 3–5 business days).
- Return shipping: Customer-paid unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
- Faulty/Damaged: Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help fast.
- Exchanges: Place a new order and return the original for a refund.
